About Us
We work with students across the U.S. and abroad. After spending three years working with hundreds of students and helping them secure admission into top schools, we’ve perfected our strategies. We’ve both received certifications in College Counseling from Columbia University.
Sophie Sajnani, co-founder and lead counselor:
Sophie graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Computer Science in just two years, becoming one of the youngest in her cohort. She has worked as a software engineer at several Fortune 500 companies and founded a tech startup featured on Live with Kelly & Ryan, The Seattle Times, and other national outlets. She has been interviewed by Ashton Kutcher, Hadi Partovi (CEO of Code.org), Kelly Ripa, and Ryan Seacrest, modeled for Google, spoken at TEDx, and was selected for the prestigious NSA Stokes Scholarship, earning TSI/SCI security clearance — experiences that deepened her appreciation for innovation, storytelling, and purpose-driven work.
For the past three years, Sophie has tutored students both independently and through Wyzant, where she holds a record of consistent five-star ratings. Her students have gone on to earn admission to Ivy League and Ivy+ universities, reflecting her dedication to combining strategy, creativity, and mentorship in helping each student reach their fullest potential.
Nancy Sajnani, co-founder and managing director:
l've spent my entire career in the social services field, dedicated to helping others reach their goals and aspirations through a clear, supportive foundation and process. I'm passionate about uncovering each person's unique talents and potential, and I bring that same energy to every relationship I build-whether professional or personal. I've raised my daughter to believe in herself and to chase her dreams with spark and determination, and I bring that same belief into my work. No goal is too big when approached with the right mindset. I'm excited about the opportunity to work with your student and help them move full speed ahead toward their dreams. My goal is to build strong, meaningful relationships with both students and parents by maintaining open and consistent communication. I believe that when we work together, we create a shared understanding of progress and goals. Students thrive when all the relationships in their lives are supported and aligned - and that's exactly what l aim to foster.
